Blankenship Change Consulting has racked up another Brandon Hall HCM Excellence Award in partnership with PepsiCo – this time a 2026 Silver Award for Best Program for Sales Training and Performance for their Away From Home Independents Academy.
The Brandon Hall HCM Excellence Awards are the longest-running and largest awards program dedicated to Human Capital Management. For more than three decades, winning organizations have demonstrated measurable impact, innovation, and executional excellence in learning and development, leadership development, talent acquisition, talent management, human resources, sales enablement, future of work, and other areas critical to organizational performance. It’s a rigorous evaluation process by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts, and executives.
BCC has supported PepsiCo’s Global Away From Home Capability team since 2023 to build and deliver a phased capability-building program for sales teams working with independent restaurants around the world. We developed nine instructor-led programs for the Academy that were delivered across the globe, including Thailand, China, Vietnam, New Zealand, Australia, Europe, Latin America, India, and Dubai.
We innovated as we went, leveraging AI to improve video content and translations, create role-play simulations, and develop selling tools for continuous learning after the formal training sessions ended. Our courses and supplemental materials consistently received strong feedback scores from learners.
